Pasta/Pans Chef

At Ciao Cielo, pasta is made by hand, produce is treated with care, and the pans section sits at the heart of service. We’re looking for an experienced Pasta / Pans Chef who takes pride in their craft and enjoys the energy of a busy, quality-driven kitchen.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your section, including:

- Preparing and producing fresh pasta by hand

- Managing mise en place and prep for your station

- Running the pans section confidently during service

- Cooking classic and contemporary Italian dishes to a consistently high standard

- Maintaining strong organisation, cleanliness and food safety standards

- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth, well-paced service

- Contributing ideas and seasonal dishes where appropriate

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role within a quality or premium restaurant

- Strong experience on pans and a solid understanding of pasta cookery

- An interest in handmade pasta and traditional Italian techniques

- The ability to stay calm,



organised and consistent during busy services

- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

- Pride in your section and attention to detail
