You will lead the people side of change for a large-scale transformation, developing strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across business units.
You will collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and unions, balancing priorities to deliver sustained change, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in Burwood.
