You will manage staff, contractors and assets while driving safety, accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
The role requires on-call availability, overtime as needed, and progression through grade steps as performance objectives are met.
38 hours per week at the West Nowra Recycling Depot with a leaseback vehicle option.
