You will guide a team of drafters across major rail and transport infrastructure projects, aligning resources, standards and delivery quality with project goals.
You will work with engineers, designers and managers to ensure timely, accurate documentation and continuous improvement across the drafting function, driving capability and performance in a agile, regional practice.
