About Stomp Coffee House
Stomp Coffee House is a busy, well-loved café in North Perth, serving breakfast and lunch with a focus on fresh ingredients, quality food and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes to our menu standards.
Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces and portioning ingredients.
Prepare and replenish cabinet food, sandwiches, salads and other ready-to-go items.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion sizes.
Follow recipes, food safety procedures and hygiene standards.
Assist with stock rotation, labelling, storage and waste control.
Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and preparation areas clean and organised.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with deliveries, stock handling and general kitchen duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Cook,



Junior Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
Experience in a café or breakfast kitchen is highly regarded.
Basic cooking skills and a good understanding of food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining quality.
A positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn, take direction and contribute to the team.
Availability for early starts and a rotating weekend roster.
A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery and a current Food Safety Certificate are advantageous.
