Elements Float Wellness Centre is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team on a casual basis.

Based in Penrith NSW, you'll be delivering high-quality massage services that complement our holistic approach to health and healing.

What you'll be doing
Providing professional massage treatments to clients, including remedial, and other therapeutic massage techniques
Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their health history, concerns, and treatment goals
Customising massage sessions based on individual client needs and preferences
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
Adhering to health and safety standards, including proper hygiene protocols and sanitation procedures
Creating a calm, professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Communicating effectively with clients about treatment outcomes and recommending appropriate follow-up care
Collaborating with other wellness practitioners to support clients' overall health objectives
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting the smooth operation of the wellness centre
What we're looking for
Current qualification in massage therapy from an accredited training institution
Current registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies
Health Fund Claimable Role, Provider eligibility required
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
A genuine passion for natural therapies and holistic wellness
Professional attitude with a commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice
Physical fitness and the ability to perform massage techniques safely and effectively
Experience working in a wellness or therapeutic environment is highly valued
Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to massage therapy
