About the role
As the Clinical Nurse, Paediatrics, you will provide advanced clinical leadership within a busy and rewarding paediatric environment caring for children from birth through to adolescence.
Working autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with a broad range of acute, chronic, surgical and complex healthcare needs.
This is an prospect to influence clinical practice, support staff development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that make a genuine difference to children and families across the region.
Working with us
For 1 year will get you anisolation bonusof AUD$3,714.
If you stay for 2 years you will get AUD$11,140; and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will get AUD$7,426 (pro rata for part time employees).
*****% employer superannuation contribution.

Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.
In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (full time employees) (inc. spouse/dependents) or 1 return airfare p.a. (part time employees) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave.

travel as required and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences.
We also offerstaff accommodation(if eligible) or a private rental subsidy of AUD$***** per week for up to 17 months.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
A period of probation may apply.
