In this supernumerary senior Registered Nurse role, you'll bring your clinical expertise beyond day-to-day care delivery—supporting the systems, practices and people that shape resident outcomes.
Your impact:
Turn clinical audits and care reviews into meaningful improvements
Support compliance, accreditation readiness and clinical risk management
Guide and mentor nursing and care teams to strengthen clinical practice




If you're an AHPRA-registered nurse with residential aged care experience and a strong grounding in clinical governance and quality improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
