The role:
Manage landlord and tenant relationships.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and tenancy matters.
Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates.
Work collaboratively with administration and support teams.
About you:
Previous residential Property Management experience (2-3 years minimum)
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.




Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, solutions-focused and team-oriented.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
