Grand Saddles Lodge on the Central Coast is seeking a chef at all levels to join a qualified team delivering high-end restaurant dining to guests in a new open kitchen.
You will work with experienced chefs daily, in a 7-day operation, and must have reliable transport as there is no public transport to the restaurant.
This role offers hands-on skill development in a premium establishment and a collaborative kitchen environment.
