Position Overview
With continued growth, we're looking for a Dogging and Rigging Trainer/Assessor to join our team.
This role is based at ourBankstown training facilityand involves delivering training for a range of nationally recognised courses, including some of the following units:
CPCCLRG**** - Licence to perform rigging basic level
CPCCLDG****- Licence to perform dogging
Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date training records and documentation.
Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.
Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.
Requirements
Hold a minimum of one of the qualifications listed above.




HoldTAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessmentor equivalent
Must hold SafeWork HRW licence (DG, RB)
Hold a currentSafeWork Accredited Assessor Cardto conduct HRW Assessments
Have a minimum of2 years' relevant industry experienceand be able to demonstrate currency
Experience in delivering courses in training environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
