As we continue to grow our Victorian operations, we are seeking a driven and experiencedTeam Leaderto join our Melbourne team.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of technicians across Melbourne, working primarily within commercial high-rise buildings, retail environments, and other commercial facilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Providetechnical support and guidanceto your team
Assist withoverflow service and maintenance work
Diagnose and resolve HVAC&R; system issues
Assist with growth and new client targets and opportunities
Quote jobs and identify opportunitiessupporting your team
Liaise directly with clients, ensuring high levels of service
Build and maintainstrong, long-term client relationships

StrongHVAC&R; technical expertise with Commercial High-Rise Buildings
Proven ability tolead, mentor, and support technicians
Excellentcommunication and client-facing skills
A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
A robust commitment tosafety and compliance
Relevanttrade qualifications and licences, including a valid driver's licence
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of technicians in daily operations
Perform HVAC&R; maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs
Quote repairs and replacement works
Provide technical support to clients and team members
Prepare detailed and accurate service reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader
