Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver nursing education curriculum in accordance with academic and clinical standards.
Guide and mentor in both classroom and clinical settings.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and continuous improvement efforts.
Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and healthcare regulations.
Must be able to relocate temporarily or travel interstate in alignment with organizational needs
Provide ongoing support, maintain records and report on program outcomes
Facilitate practical experience for trainee nurses
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in nursing or nursing education (required).
Active AHPRA Registration as an RN
Minimum 2 years and above of clinical nursing experience.
Having a background in critical care and emergency care will be an added advantage.
Prior teaching experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
Experience working in EMEA countries preferred
