We are seeking a Sustainment Lead to coordinate operational support, maintenance and lifecycle activities across complex ICT systems.
Key responsibilities
Plan maintenance, upgrades, patches and lifecycle support.
Coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents, defects and recurring problems.
Manage sustainment priorities, resources, risks and system obsolescence.
Maintain support documentation, configuration records and operational readiness.
Monitor reliability, availability and support performance.
Skills & experience
Proven experience leading ICT sustainment or operational support teams.
Knowledge of incident, problem, configuration and release management.
Experience with ITSM, asset management and monitoring tools.
Solid technical coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement skills.
Security Clearance:Current NV2 and/or TSPV clearance isstrictly required
