McArthur is seeking compassionate Support Workers for roles in Outer Eastern Melbourne.
You'll support a young man with quadriplegic cerebral palsy and complex health needs, including epilepsy, mitochondrial disorder and chronic lung disease, with a focus on family, connection and meaningful moments.
Shifts start day and evening, with training to progress into 3–4 active night shifts per week.
Pay aligns with the SCHADS Award at about $61 per hour plus super for weeknights, with weekend/public
