What you'll be doing....
Supporting job seekers to achieve their employment goals
Identifying and creating job opportunities and training pathways
Working with employers to place participant into sustainable employment
Providing coaching, guidance and practical job search support to participants
Assisting participants to overcome barriers to employment
Building strong relationships with local stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records and achieving job placement and outcome targets
Celebrating successful employment outcomes
Full-time position based in Orange.
