As a CBRE Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performance maintenance and repairs on various systems.

About Your New Role
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritise patient safety, clinical impact and business continuity
Investigate and troubleshoot general building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related faults within competency and authorisation.
Monitor the BMS for plant faults, alarms and abnormal operating conditions
Monitor air-conditioning, ventilation equipment, chillers, boilers and pumps
Complete allocated preventative maintenance tasks, routine inspections.
Assist with authorised visual inspections of generates, UPS systems, electrical distribution equipment.
Develop an understanding of hospital services, and critical infrastructure
Meet and escort contractors where required
Follow hospital infection prevention and control procedures.
Minimise disruption to patients, staff and hospital services.
Skills And Experience
Must have:
Experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance or similar technical role
Good knowledge of HVAC , pumps, motors and building services
Desirable:




Experience in hospital, healthcare or other critical environment
