Good dexterity, attention to detail, and spatial awareness
Solid communication and computer skills

Local residents preferred (Ivanhoe area)
Experience level
Both options welcome:
Qualified Assistants:Previous orthodontic experience is ideal but not essential
Trainees/School Leavers:No prior experience needed — we'll support you through the Certificate III in Dental Assisting ****** month traineeship with on-the-job learning plus study at RMIT)
Day-to-day responsibilities
Chair-side assisting during treatments
Patient flow and appointment management
Instrument sterilisation and infection control
Surgery preparation and stock management
Keeping the day running smoothly for patients and team alike
