We're looking forexperienced outbound call centre professionalsto join our high-performing Customer Care team at Audika Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Call Centre Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll use your proven contact centre skills to engage with new and existing clients, book free hearing test appointments, support clinic operations, and deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Makingoutbound callsas part of promotional campaigns (e.g. offering and scheduling free hearing tests, hearing aid trials, adjustments)
Following up onleadsgenerated from direct marketing and rebooking lapsed clients
Booking and managing clinic appointmentsusing our CRM and internal systems
Accuratelyupdating client recordsand ensuring all information is documented
Handling a high volume ofinbound callsfrom clients with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Meeting and exceedingcontact centre KPIs(calls per hour, bookings, quality scores)




What We're Looking For
We strongly welcome applicants withprevious contact centre, phone-based/ telephone sales experience, ideally from healthcare, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, or similar sectors.
Be an excellent communicator who can adapt their style to each client's needs
Able to handle high volume of outbound calls and come from previous sales/telephone sales representative role
Have strong experience working infast-paced, target-drivencontact centre environments
Be highly proficient withCRM platformsand confident navigating multiple systems
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Thrive in ateam-focused, customer-firstculture
Be motivated by KPIs and take pride in achieving individual and team goals
