WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:




are EITHER a registeredpatent attorneyin Australia OR atraineepatent attorney/technical assistant nearing qualification;
haveminimum 1 yearpracticalpatents experience OR MORE (up to senior associate level) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas;
have a degree (or higher) inENGINEERING(preferablymechanical, mechatronics, automotive but open to others) ORSCIENCE (materials science/physics);
have solid experience indrafting/prosecutingpatents that relate to EITHERmechanical engineering OR materials science(or both);
have2+ years'practical experience (up to senior associate level) as a patent attorney with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas + are a registered patent attorney in Australia (or nearing qualification);
have a degree (or higher) inengineering(ideally mechanical) orscience(materials science);
have solid experience in drafting/prosecuting patents that relate to mechanical engineering or materials science engineering;
