About the Role
They are looking for an experiencedSales Consultantto join their Gepps Cross showroom.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll work closely with customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored flooring and window furnishing solutions.
As Sales Consultant, you will:
Deliver exceptional showroom experiences from initial enquiry through to sale
Help customers select the right flooring and window furnishing solutions for their home
Build quotations and confidently close sales
Develop lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Work collaboratively with installers and the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey




Build your product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales culture
What you'll bring
Previous sales experience within carpet, flooring or window furnishings desirable
A consultative approach with strong relationship-building skills
Confidence working towards sales targets and achieving results
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for helping customers bring their vision to life
A proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude
Experience within home improvement, interiors, furniture or renovation products will also be highly regarded
