About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Non-Hot Metals Lead Execution Planner to support a major shutdown and turnaround project.
This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated execution schedules across pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown phases, ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, forecasting, and stakeholder coordination.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated execution schedules for shutdown activities.




Prepare detailed feeder and breakout schedules for key workstreams.
Coordinate planning activities with project and execution teams.
Monitor schedule performance and provide progress reporting.
Conduct critical path analysis and schedule forecasting.
Identify schedule risks and support mitigation strategies.
Support change management and maintain planning documentation.
Skills and experience required
Extensive planning and scheduling experience on major industrial projects.
Proven brownfields shutdown or turnaround project experience.
Strong proficiency using Primavera P6.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work within project controls and governance frameworks.
