Position:Mechanical & CAD Engineers (Must own MacBook)

Role Responsibilities
Complete and narrate real mechanical design andCADtasks on yourMacto create high-quality training data for advancedAI models.
Evaluate and improveAI model performancethrough structured engineering workflows.
Provide transparent explanations of engineering decisions to enhance model reasoning.
Work independently with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate asynchronously to supportAI researchobjectives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
2–3 yearsof experience or currently pursuing aMaster'sinMechanical Engineering.
Proficiency inMac-compatible CAD toolssuch asFusion 360,Onshape,Shapr3D, orFreeCAD.
Own aMacBookorMacwith anApple M-series chiporIntel processor, runningmacOS 15or higher.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Familiarity withGD&Tand; engineering drawings.
