The Senior Field Service Techniciansupports team members in delivering high-quality service at Long Bay Prison & Forensic Hospital, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimising downtime through exceptional technical support.
Manage workload effectively, improve processes, oversee subcontractors, verify work, liaise with clients, elevate issues, and collaborate with Honeywell teams to ensure high-quality service
Manage the Electronic Security Services (ESS) Preventative Maintenance Program, including planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, compliance monitoring
SoftwareConfigurationofEBI, DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP Intercoms, and DDC control equipment
Experience with control systems and DVM/ EBI products in BMS and security systems.
Provenexperience in System troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some on call/roster work is required for this role
Ability to obtain NSW Corrections Security clearance
