Key responsibilities
Upholds performance standards and leads by example
Shows consideration to all guests whilst being mindful of their individual circumstances and requirements
Acknowledges guests by name
Commits to setting and achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction
Upholds the highest ethical and qualified standards
Presents facilities in the best way possible at all times, committing to the highest standards of personal presentation
Observes outlet rules and security requirements
Monitors equipment and machinery




Ensures key service standards in the outlet are adhered to
Manages team member breaks in accordance with the applicable award
Manage day to day reservations
Assist in projects as required by the F&B; Manager
About you
Attends on-the-job, vocational and behavioural training regularly to enhance skills
Attends and learns food and beverage operation via on-the-job training
Attends food and beverage product knowledge training regularly
