You will manage a small portfolio of about 60 properties and handle daily tenancy and landlord communications.
The role runs for approximately 6 weeks with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will coordinate maintenance, inspections and property administration and work with our Mandurah team to ensure qualified service.
