Maintenance Fitter – Night Shift
Rate: $***** per hour – Inclusive of 30% nightshift loading
Overtime: HEAPS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE MIDWEEK AND WEEKENDS!!
Shift: Monday–Friday, Night Shift
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am

We are currently seeking an experiencedMaintenance Fitterto join a well-established manufacturing site onpermanent night shift.
This is an excellent opportunity to join astable, long-standing maintenance teamwithin a busy FMCG environment, with plenty of overtime available for those looking to boost their weekly earnings.
The OpportunityYou'll be responsible for keeping a busy production facility running efficiently, carrying out bothpreventative and reactive maintenanceacross a range of automated manufacturing equipment.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery
Responding to breakdowns and completing mechanical fault finding
Mechanical repairs, servicing and equipment adjustments
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Completing scheduled preventative maintenance*
Working closely with production and the wider maintenance team
Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Maintaining a high standard of safety and housekeeping
About You
We are looking for aqualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitterwith:
Mechanical trade qualification
Previous maintenance experience withinFMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Experience working with automated production equipment
A strong preventative maintenance mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work independently on night shift
