Responsibilities
Efficiently and safely cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats, with a strong focus on boning beef and lamb.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and offering product recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a similar role.
Expertise in boning beef and lamb.
Strong knowledge of meat cuts and handling techniques.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, busy store setting.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
