Star Training and Assessing is a Nationally Accredited Registered Training Organisation, (RTO No *****), offering a wide range of industry focused courses and services to individuals and organisations throughout Australia.
Established in ****, the business specialises in the Building, Civil, Warehousing and Construction industries, and has substantially extended its scope of registration since its inception.

We aim to provide students with "real" experiences and skills which will further their current skills or prepare them for a bright future in their chosen industry.
We currently have four training facilities in the eastern and western suburbs of Melbourne and travel extensively across Melbourne and Regional Victoria providing specialised civil and construction Training and Assessment.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to employ High Risk Trainers including Forklift, Order Picker and EWP>11m, as well as Yellow Card Trainers.
This position will predominantly involve classroom Training, as well as some occasional on-site Training.




Competency to deliver additional units on our scope will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging face to face training sessions in accordance with the RTO's **** standards and guidelines
Deliver engaging, practical and industry relevant training
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Provide support and guidance to students through quality training, assessment and feedback
Assess and support student competency
Keep current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practice
Requirements to be successful
Certificate IV TAE*****in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Current and valid Licences
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Robust Computer Literacy
A 'can do attitude' and passion toward their work
A current Driver's Licence
