Due to steady sustained growth & current acquisitions; this multidisciplinary Accounting firm requires the expertise of someone working in Public Practice.
This is a newly created role reporting into the GM to help support the smooth transition of current & future mergers as well as helping with other projects across the practice such as HR, Marketing, Operations, IT systems & Finance.
You will have a big picture approach with the ability to identify opportunities to improve overall systems, processes & efficiencies within the practice, & lead project initiatives through to completion
Other initiatives will include improving efficiencies across:
Workflow Management
HR and Recruitment
Governance & Risk Management
Management Reporting
Overseeing IT managed services providers

Key skills & attributes to be successful:
Minimum 3 years working experience in the Accounting sector
Solid stakeholder engagement & negotiating skills
Experience in Accounting software & CRM systems systems such as FYI, XPM, CAS360, NowInfinity, ASIC, ABR Agent Portal, ATO Tax Agent Portal
