NOVA Partners is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead an ongoing program of capital and maintenance works for a blue‐chip utilities contractor in Canberra.
You will head a team of five Project Managers, overseeing about a dozen concurrent projects valued around $60m, and manage the upstream client contract, program planning, budgets and forecasts.
You will drive performance reporting, risk management, and EBIT outcomes while coaching a PM team and strengthening client relationships.
