Maitland City Council is seeking a Community Asset Management Planner to develop and implement Asset Lifecycle Plans for diverse community assets, including buildings, parks, aquatic facilities and libraries.
You will analyse asset data to inform Asset Management Plans and Capital Works Programs, review performance, and work with the Asset Data Lead and stakeholders to improve processes and asset outcomes for a growing community.
