Position:Non-Investment Finance Expert

Compensation:$85/hour

Role Responsibilities
Build and review deliverables such asPnLandmark-to-market reconciliations,vendor/AP payment reconciliations, andintegrated 3-statement models.
Evaluatecovenant and credit analysisandpartnership/professional-services allocations.
Reason from primary sources liketerm sheets,purchase agreements, andtrial balancesto identify material information.
Write clear, CFO/partner-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances,
and recommendations.
Workindependently and asynchronouslyto meet deadlines while improvingAI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ yearsin a hands-on non-investment finance role.
StrongUS GAAP/IFRSknowledge and advancedExcel modelingskills.
Comfort exercising qualified judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information.
Preferred
CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA(or equivalent).
Familiarity withASC 805 & 606.
