The Company
Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing essential health and community support services across Australia.

The Role
This is an initial 4–5 month contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will join a close-knit finance team and take ownership of the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions, while supporting broader finance activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage end-to-end accounts payable,



including invoice processing, payment runs and supplier reconciliations
Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment allocations and debtor follow-ups
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Assist with fortnightly payroll processing for approximately ****** employees
Your Background
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer or similar role
Previous experience within a not-for-profit, charity or community services organisation would be highly regarded
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
