A well-established, Good CQC-rated GP Practice in Tamworth is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly nursing team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a confident Practice Nurse withat least 2 years' experience in General Practicewho can work autonomously and bring established primary care knowledge to the role.
Day-to-day duties will include treatment room duties such asCytology, Immunisations, Travel Health and Long-Term Condition Reviews.
A good understanding of long-term condition management is essential.
The successful candidate will also have the prospect to contribute to the development of the nursing team, offering clinical support, guidance and mentoring to HCAs and Nursing Associates where appropriate.

Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 8am-4:30pm
