CyberCX - Cyber Security Client Sales Lead - Adelaide
This Adelaide Client Sales Lead will be responsible for managing Key Enterprise Accounts in SA.
You have seasoned experience managing large clients across industries, with proven success and achievements from both new business development, account growth, and renewals.
This role is best suited some someone who has experience with Cyber/IT/Technology/Professional Services Sales experience;
Candidates with experience from Defence, Government, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate, implement, manage and maintain high detailed account plans specific to strategic customer accounts
Identify, develop and implement opportunities & solutions for business improvement and strategic new businessopportunities
Own your customers' experience and journey from solution proposition through transition to delivery
Build strong, long‐lasting relationships by partnering to understand client needs and preferences




Working closely with strategic customers to determine their present and future needs, and propose suitable solutions in order to maintain and grow revenue for CyberCX
Operate as the lead point of contact for account relationship matters in specified strategic accounts
Maintain exceptionally solid knowledge of CyberCX service offerings and present them with clarity, credibility and conviction
A minimum of 5-7 years account management and customer‐focused solutions experience with meaningful experience communicating cyber security services, information security services or technology services to enterprise size clients
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and impeccable communication skills with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
High performing, outcome‐focused and self‐motivated
Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and
