This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking genuine flexibility, with the option to work 5 days per week during school hours or 4 full days per week.
You will manage a small, tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service without the pressure of an overwhelming workload.
The Role
Manage a small, tidy residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate inspections, maintenance and tenancy matters
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and general portfolio administration
Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy legislation
Deliver exceptional customer service

About You
Previous residential Property Management experience
Solid knowledge of QLD tenancy legislationExcellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
Current QLD real estate registration or licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
