THE OPPORTUNITY
As
Assistant Club Manager
, you'll support the daily operations of the club while helping deliver an outstanding member experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
Support daily club operations and help lead the sales and fitness teams
Drive membership growth through proactive sales calls, lead follow-up, exceptional customer service and membership sales
Coach, support and motivate staff to achieve individual and club goals
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
Maintain skilled standards while promoting member wellbeing
Help maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard club environment
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example.
You also bring:
Experience in sales, customer service or fitness leadership or management




Strong communication and people leadership skills
A passion for health, fitness and member experience
Ability to work towards sales targets and business goals
A proactive attitude with excellent organisation and time management
Flexibility to work weekends and full Australian working rights
