About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our new Omoda Jaecoo dealership in Doncaster!
You will play a key role in supporting performance and profitability whilst ensuring that our sales team consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially focused individual to lead from the front, develop a high-performing team, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Essentials (You Must Have)
Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Controller (automotive industry experience is advantageous)
Commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering results
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Full and valid UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Business Manager to drive sales performance, profitability, and overall dealership success
Lead, coach, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to increase revenue and market share
Coach and develop team members through regular one-to-ones, training,



and performance reviews
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Collaborate with other departments (finance, service, and marketing) to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance
Maintain optimal stock levels and manage vehicle inventory effectively to maximise sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer partners
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
