Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory records, stock reconciliations and reporting
Process customer returns,
credits and stock adjustments
Raise and manage purchase orders
Maintain data accuracy across SAP and Excel
Support procurement and warehouse administration activities
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
About You
Previous administration, logistics, inventory or procurement experience
SAP or ERP system experience preferred
Strong Excel and data-entry skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
