The role supports customer service needs across hires, deliveries and pickups, transfers, repairs and breakdowns.
You'll respond to queries, help customers choose hire solutions, coordinate stock availability and delivery/collection, and maintain accurate hire records while aiding the Branch Manager with admin tasks.
