Our team is committed to delivering accurate and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
The Prospect
Due to increased demand, we're expanding our contract paraplanner team.
This is a remote, home-based role offering flexibility in both workload and working hours.

What You'll Do
As a contract paraplanner, your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-quality, compliant SoAs for our clients.
You will:
Work with our workflow coordinator to manage your caseload based on your capacity and expertise.
Liaise directly with financial advisers to clarify details and ensure accuracy.
Receive mentoring to help you quickly adapt to licensee requirements.
Have your work reviewed with constructive feedback to support your ongoing development.

We're looking for experienced paraplanners who can hit the ground running.
This role is ideal if you are:
An established contract paraplanner seeking additional and consistent workflow.
A full-time paraplanner looking to transition into contracting for greater flexibility.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you must have:
At least2 years of paraplanning experience.
Proficiency in one or more ofXplan and Xtools+,AdviserLogic, orPlutosoft.
ADiploma of Financial Planningand a willingness to pursue further qualifications.
Strongattention to detailand the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
A professional and courteous manner.

Technical Requirements
To work with us, you'll need:
APC with the latest version of MS Officeand up-to-date antivirus software.
The ability to meetstringent security requirements.
Availability to take calls duringbusiness hours.
