Alongside our sister business, Geelong Blind Cleaning & Repairs, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, attention to detail and fast, reliable service.
We're looking for a motivated, adaptable team member to join our hands-on, friendly team and work across both businesses.
Role Overview
As a Rug & Blind Cleaning Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
This is a varied role combining rug washing, delivery driving, customer service and support for our blind cleaning services.
This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
Full-time employment is available for the right candidate.
If you enjoy a mix of physical work, customer interaction and hands-on problem solving, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Wash, clean and prepare rugs and blinds using professional equipment and techniques.
Deliver and collect items safely and on time.
Assist customers in person and over the phone with enquiries, bookings and service updates.
Support our blind cleaning operations as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.




Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills & Attributes
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a desire to learn and continually develop.
Ability to work independently without supervision, as well as part of a cohesive team.
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving rugs and blinds.
This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, moving and carrying.
Able to drive a delivery vehicle (valid full driver's licence and good driving record required).
Flexible and willing to learn across different aspects of both businesses.
Experience isn't required; a can-do attitude and openness to learning current skills are what matter most.
