Forklift Operator - Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Forklift Operator
to join a leading plasterboard manufacturing business based in
Burnett Heads
.
Working within the distribution team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are picked, prepared, and loaded for dispatch across Queensland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift operator looking for stable weekday hours, a supportive team environment, and thorough on-site training.
Key Details:
Location: Burnett Heads, QLD
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $***** per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate 4-tyne forklifts within the factory compound
Collect pallets and materials for order picking and dispatch
Load and unload B-Double trucks and containers
Pick and pack orders in line with dispatch requirements
Move and store finished products safely and efficiently
Follow designated forklift traffic management procedures
Adhere to site speed restrictions and safety protocols
Complete general warehouse and distribution duties as required
About You:
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment




Strong commitment to workplace safety
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Ability to follow procedures and instructions
