The Role:
Discover Adelaide is a unique souvenir store concept that recreates a sense of the local culture within each outlet.
The concept offers travelers an experiential playground, with a strong sense of place and a well thought customer shopping experience, where they can find authentic, high quality and affordable gifts and souvenirs.
We're looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Adelaide Airport.
If you love customer service, rapid‐paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
Minimum availability 3-4 days per week
Weekends are regarded but not essential, flexibility is crucial
Own transport needed to cover early and late shifts
What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
Keep the store looking vibrant & well‐stocked
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
Passion for customer service & sales
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Well‐groomed & professionally presented
Retail experience?
Great!
But not essential—we'll train you!
