Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management and strategic objectives of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Partnering with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial advice.
Preparing annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
Delivering month-end reporting, analysis and commentary.
Monitoring financial performance and identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.
Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights.
Supporting business cases and strategic initiatives.
Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.




Assisting stakeholders to understand financial performance and make informed decisions.
Preparing ad hoc financial analysis and management reports as required.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will likely bring:
Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or FP&A.;
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence non-finance stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A commercially focused mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP or finance systems.
CA or CPA qualification, or be working towards completion.
