As part of our

, you'll have the opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a large-scale mining environment.
Working alongside experienced tradespeople and industry professionals, you'll develop the skills, knowledge and practical experience needed to build a successful long-term career in the resources industry.
AUR***** Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
(Heavy Equipment Diesel Fitter)
AUR***** Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
(Auto Electrician)
Traineeship (1-Year Program)
Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology
(Off-the-Road Tyres)
About the Program
Our Apprentice and Trainee Program combines structured on-the-job learning with formal training, providing participants with the opportunity to develop practical trade skills while working on industry-leading mining equipment.
You will be supported by experienced mentors and supervisors throughout your training journey and become part of a team committed to safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
A strong commitment to safety and protected work practices
Reliability, motivation and a positive attitude
Mechanical aptitude and a genuine willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
A commitment to completing your qualification within the specified timeframe
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Completion of Year 11 or Year 12, with a current or recent academic transcript
A current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel to and from site
