Job Description
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
Matching, coding and reconciling invoices
Preparing and processing supplier payments
Managing supplier queries and account reconciliations
Assisting with month-end accounts payable activities
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
The Successful Applicant
Previous Accounts Payable experience within a construction organisation
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel - Muli ERP Ideal!!
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
