An established property and strata management business is seeking an experienced
Strata Manager
to join its growing team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes across Sydney, with a focus on South West Sydney.
Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to owners corporations, committee members, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
Provide professional advice on strata legislation and compliance matters
Manage maintenance requests and contractor engagement
Handle dispute resolution and problem-solving matters




Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients
About You
Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence in Strata Management
Previous experience managing strata portfolios
Strong understanding of the Strata Schemes Management Act ****
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving capability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strata management software
