Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while supporting broader finance operations.

THE ROLE
Manage the Accounts Receivable function (but this is not a collections-focused role)
Perform high-volume bank reconciliations across multiple payment streams
Cash allocation and daily account reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and unmatched transactions




Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances
Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting integrity
Provide ad hoc finance administration support as required
THE PERSON
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Officer role
Strong bank reconciliation experience is essential
Experience working with high-volume transactions and multiple payment streams
Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, reconciliations and data analysis
Experience using ERP systems preferred
High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Proactive problem solver with the ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full working rights as this is a permanent position
